Two days to go, then off we go our separate places. It has been hectic, yes but most of all it was a great experience. One We will cherish for the rest of our lives.
On the 28th of February we didn't know each other, we just thought okay, we have this number of people from Uganda, Nigeria, Tanzania and South Africa. But now we grew to love each other, care for one another. It is amazing. Saying goodbye will surely be one painful thing, but what can we do one has to go back to their everyday lives.
I hope and pray that I implement at least half of the stuff I have learned on the program, I pray that I become and bring positive change to my institution. I pray that I don't forget that anyone could have been chosen in my place but I was the one chosen.
Prof. Anne, you have played your part, HBDI is one accurate and on point exercise. The ball is on my coourt "Amasi abekwe elangeni". Thank you for sharing your story with us, you made me see that there is absolutely nothing impossible when you believe and put your mind to it. I now know my personality quadrant. I will never forget "SNIOP".
On leadership and innovation, Ollie you were the best. Indeed leadership is a choice not a rank. Yes I still have a long way to go, The lecture made me realize that we need to work as a team, when you do, you achieve more.

First day in Pretoria
We got to Pretoria on Saturday the 28th of February. We had a welcome dinner at the Protea Hotel Manor where we are currently staying.
On Sunday we went for orientation at the University of Pretoria, we did Click Up Training. Dr Marlene explained to us how the four week programme will be, who are our lecturers and what we will need for the duration of four weeks. It was an interesting orientation, I must say I am excited about what we are going to learn.
